A Ministry of The North Church Facilitated by The First Baptist Church of Oceanway The purpose of HIS Company is to learn to worship God through the art of dance and to lead others to worship and glorify Him in spirit and in truth. HIS Company provides a unique opportunity to combine creative movement, ballet, and hip/hop with Christian music and Christ-centered values.  It is our desire to train young girls to value their bodies as God’s temple and that they would learn to see themselves through God’s eyes.  HIS Company is for children four years of age through high school.  Starting Tuesday, August 10th, it is our desire to be able to provide three unique dance opportunities:

Creative Movement – 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ($30 a month)

Ballet I and Hip/Hop – 5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.  ($35 a month)

Ballet II and Hip/Hop – 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. ($40 a month)

Classes will take place every Tuesday (unless notice of cancellation is given).  Dancers will need to wear the following to each practice: tights, leotards, skirt and ballet shoes (no jeans) & hair pulled back.   New performance outfits will be purchased in correlation to their performances.  Students will be given regular opportunity to perform their dances at their churches and thus will be taught to use all talent and ability for God’s glory.  If you are interested, please sign your child up for this incredible opportunity.   For any questions, please contact Connie Regal at 821-8746.

We are currently making plans to meet together every other month as well as having annual women's weekend retreats in the fall and the spring. Future plans are also being made so check back often for upcoming women's events.
